Using a blend of counseling and coaching techniques, we’ll work together to develop practical strategies that help you move through obstacles with clarity and confidence. My eclectic therapeutic style includes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) , and EMDR —allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including bipolar disorder , ADHD, addiction, alcohol and substance use, anxiety, codependency, and depression. My background includes leading group and individual therapy in hospital and inpatient settings for addiction and mental health treatment, as well as working one on one in private practice with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
